Order Processing:

Kelsi Doyle Studio is run by an artist with a day job. I will endeavor to ship your order within 3 business days of receipt, though please be understanding if it takes a bit longer.

Shipping:

Shipping is set up as flat rate through USPS priority mail. If you feel that there is an error with the shipping price quoted at check out, please contact me prior to placing your order via the contact form.

Pick up:

Orders can be picked up for free at my Highland Park Studio, however this is a residence and exact address will only be provided after your order is placed.

Handmade work:

I do my best to represent my work accurately through photographs and descriptions. This work is made by hand and therefore can vary from piece to piece. I cannot guarantee that work will be identical in size, shape or color from one piece to another (that is actually the beauty of handmade items).

Seconds:

Items listed as ‘seconds’ have identifiable flaws that do not affect the performance of the piece and are priced accordingly. Please consider carefully when purchasing ‘seconds’. Any flaws are described in the item information, but additional photos can be provided on request.

Care:

With proper care, handmade ceramics should last for years and years. Please remember pieces are breakable and Kelsi Doyle Studios is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has been safely delivered to you.

Damages:

If your order arrives damaged you may request a refund. Photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted at this time. All sales are final.
